Mindful Sound Bath Experience In-Person
Immerse yourself in soothing sounds and vibrations designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness. During this session, participants will lie comfortably while being surrounded by the tranquil tones of crystal bowls and guided meditation. The sound bath is a perfect opportunity to unwind, release stress and find inner peace.
Please dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat, blanket or cushion.
