Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month: The Art of Kimono In-Person
Join certified Kimono instructor and dresser Akane Mashimo as she presents the fascinating history and various styles of Japan's national costume. To conclude the program, Mashimo will perform a Kimono Dressing Dance, transforming even the simplest act of getting dressed into a work of art.
