Hispanic Heritage Month Crafternoon: Vejigante Masks (Ages 13-18) In-Person

September is Hispanic Heritage Month. For this crafternoon, we are celebrating Puerto Rico by making vejigantes. Vejigantes are creatures that chase away evil spirits and are popular during Puerto Rico's carnival festivals.
